One of our users have done some inventory adjustment that is wrong, now we want to reverse it? How to do a reversal in inventory adjustment?

What we need to do is to adjust the inventory because a cycle of our production is already finished and there are items that are unused and we need to return it to the central office for inventory. Now, the quantity that is entered in the system is wrong. So, we need to reverse the process and make changes again in the inventory but we can't do a reversal anymore. What i want to know is, what is the normal process for an inventory adjustment?
you can use counting journal to adjust the inventory to the right quantity. there's no easy button to reverse a inventory transaction.

Thanks, let me check that one because adjustment will cause financial dimension changes also.
Just create the same journal again, but with the quantity negative.
