One more problem.

I have problem with production order. I made new work center (A) and made new routing with only one line (work center A). A assign this routing to item and I made released production order with this item source. When I start Refresh command, I get message:

Error when calculating backward. Calendar is not available before date for work center A.

Are you calculate Work Center Calendar? I think this is a problem.

What is Quantity on Production Order? What is Setup Time and Run Time on this item Routing? Do you set any other time on routing?

Maybe, this quantites and times are problem. Try to calculate quantity and time by hand and compare with avalibility in calendar.

Quantity is 20; Setum time is 45 minutes and Run time is 22 minutes.

This is small quantity and this is first time I use this WC.

There are truly small quantites. However, look at Work Center Calendar and tell us what values are in this Work Center line.

There are only zeros. I calculate this WC again and again, and everytime get zeros.

Do you use Machine Centers? If no, tell me what value is in Consolidated Calendar field.

No, I don't use machine centers and yes, this field is marked.

Then unmark this field and calculate Work Center Calendar again. This will solve your problems.

This field tell to NAV that Work Center's availability is equal to the sum of the machine center capacities.

Considering that, you don't use Machine Centers, then sum is zero.

This field you need to use only if you use machine centers. But and then, you first check method you want to use for planning.
