how to Outlook/CRM backed integration

Hi All,

We need a way to integration outlook and CRM. Right now they're manually integrated using some weird plugin that requires us to click buttons, etc.

What would be ideal is if our emails from outlook just appeared in CRM, is it possible?

    Hi,

    Yes you just need to set up the server-side synchronisation in both Exchange and CRM server.

    If you are using Dynamics 365 you can use it native feature to automatically track emails in CRM . see below .
