we want to scan barcode at the time of product receipt on registration process.
Is it possible in D365 F&O to scan the barcode and update the serial number field at the time of product receipt on PO registration.

You can refer to this official documentation: GS1 bar codes - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Warehouse workers often have to complete several tasks when they use a mobile device scanner to register movements of an item, palette, or container. These tasks can include both scanning bar codes and manually entering information on the mobile device.
