Dynamics Marketing Custom Channel

Hi fellow community members,

I am trying to create a custom channel in Dynamics Marketing to use in the Customer Journey.
Following the docs "docs.microsoft.com/.../create-custom-channel" I was able to create the Custom Channel and I have a flow that is triggered on creation of Custom Channel Activity which send out Viber messages to the Segment members.

This process is currently sequential i.e. for every new record created, the flow gets triggered and a Viber message is sent out to the related Contact.
The requirement for me is to be able to perform this activity as a bulk activity i.e. for every Members in the segment we need to send out the Viber messages at once  and not in a sequential manner.

Has anybody encountered similar requirement or could anybody kindly propose some suitable solution for this?

    Hi,

    Do you mean to send a message to all your contacts at once when all the records have been created?

    Maybe you can add a condition in your flow such as if the contacts have the related records.
