This usually happens whenever you modify a table structure while others are logged in and using the AOS. Whenever you promote code you should not be doing it with others logged in. If you do see this error the first step is to run a db sync (via AOT) to fix the issue. A full cil might also be necessary. I've also noticed that if others are logged into the AOS whenever you run the db sync you may fix the issue for a few minutes but it will pop back up. If you think your getting this alert by error and everything works you can also try clearing out the table SQLSYNCINFO (you need to do this via sql mgt studio)

As suggested by Adam, perform DB sync which will resolve your problem

I did all these things but the problem still there. only one thing I need to retest is if any user session still open. and not closed when the user logout.

you can also try deleting any files that start with ax* in C:\users\<user>\appdata\local\

(you need to do this when AX is closed)

Please provide the version of you Dynamics AX environment. The full text would help rather than a screen shot.

    Hi Sajjad,

Can you indicate if this happens in an environment where you have a SQL always-on cluster? If so, this error can occur when there was a SQL failover. Restart of AOS machines then solves the issue. There are also some hotfixes available for RTM and R2

Have a look at the next blog:

Sometimes this happens to me when the Database server disconnects/shuts down/restarts unexpectedly while the AOS server is on. So I have to shutdown both of the servers to fix it.
