We have some email problems with AX 4.0 with office 2013. This problems does not occur with office 2003. When opening a report , the user can choose for email option. Normally outlook opens with the report as attachment. The user can now edit the email message if he/she wants to and send it
The problem is that sometimes (and that's what it makes it tricky) AX can't find the user profile. It gives a error that there is no profile for the user. (case #MAPI_E_LOGON_FAILURE )
We have cases that users have no problems in the morning , but in the afternoon and otherwise. We thought it could be a problem in a specific terminal server (this is random) but that's not the case.
Does anyone have suggestions or recognize this problem ?

Thanks for your suggestion. We already tried that. First it looked liked it helped, but with an other user account this had no effect. Thanks anyway off course!
