    The problem occurred during data mapping.
     
    I think you need to debug to find the issue.

    This issue related to configurations in electronic report. Take a developer help to resolve this if you are not a developer.

    There is a hidden field to check. Can you try to check you have flag these two fields when you import the customers v3:
     
    Otherwise, issue you have the last version of the GER.
