Hi,
I am getting below error when open outlook attachment in GP. Please check and find solution.

This is not an "error" as you put it. -It is a warning.
It simply warns the user that they are about to execute another program or file that is outside of the current application. In theory that program or file could be anything, so potentially if someone has saved a virus infected or malicious application into the OLE container, then the user is at risk opening it.
There is no "solution" as such, other than to beware opening unknown files, ensuring good anti malware & virus is running on clients and servers, something we should all try to do all the time anyway!
I assume you can go on to open the file successfully (after checking its safety)?
