Synchronizing changes to appointments between Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional

Hi there,

This is my first post and I am new user of Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional.

Our BDM's book their appointments through Microsoft Outlook which then populates their calendar in Dynamics with the appointment.

My question is - if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled in Outlook these changes do not seem to be reflected in Dynamics. I am aware that you are able to make these changes independently in each system however, Is there a way of synchronizing the two systems so that any changes made in one i.e. Outlook are then reflected in Dynamics?

it can be synchoronized between Outlook and Dynamics even after updating the appointment in Outlook.

Just check if the sync is bi directional (OOB) and not changed.. nishantrana.me/.../
