This is my first post and I am new user of Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional.
Our BDM's book their appointments through Microsoft Outlook which then populates their calendar in Dynamics with the appointment.
My question is - if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled in Outlook these changes do not seem to be reflected in Dynamics. I am aware that you are able to make these changes independently in each system however, Is there a way of synchronizing the two systems so that any changes made in one i.e. Outlook are then reflected in Dynamics?
