Retail Store - Where is the store manager defined?

I have been tasked to work with retail stores and store manager information. I don't know the retail module of AX.

I am trying to find where each retail store - store manager is stored within AX 2012 R2 (CU7)?

+ Relation between a store and it's manager

(I assume this manager would be an AX worker?)

Any help is appreciated.

A Store manager is an employee of AX, As stores can have multiple managers Shift Etc, you will find the list of store employees on the setup tab of a store, the role of manager is either defined within the Position hiearchy of a legal entity or by the permissions setup against a retail employee.

This is usually indicated by the manager priviliges checkbox.

A Manager will generally also have a different screen layout compared to a normal cahier store worker.

Sounds like I should check with the Partner to figure out how they are setting this up to know for sure.

I assume using the manager privilege check box would allow multiple employees as "manager"?
