I have an issue where budget encumbrance amount is not getting released for cancelled PO lines and POs. For this reason, new POs are rejected with insufficient budget.
Could you please share the screenshot to review this further.
Also, make sure the lines are finalized so the the budget can be released for Cancelled PO lines.
