By setting booking status as Cancelled (when Field Staff did not respond to morning roll call.), Will RSO release the scheduling windows of those cancelled bookings for re-assigning.?

    No, RSO will not modify the scheduling window. Why would you want to do this? If your SLA dictates a certain ETA window, a non-responding engineer will not change that SLA.

    If you can explain how the business wants to handle such cases, there may be different options to achieve the desired result (different RSO schedule, workflow, etc.).
