URL Dynamics 365 finance to Private on premise application

Hi all

i want to get data from on-premise application

this on-premise application is on private network, i can integrate by register the dynamics 365 fo url to private network

i already register the dynamics 365 URL, dns name, and remote desktop address, but i still get an error

it seems like it cant reach the API

i still use development environment (cloud-hosted environment) for test this code

can you help what specific URL to register to their network ?

please advice

    Can you provide information what exact integration technology you try to use here (OData?) and what exactly got configured? Which instructions did you use for the configuration?

    I use custom services and get data from API (onpremises applications)

    I gave the d365 fo URL and RDP address to be registered on their onpremise network

    what instructions do you mean ?

    Hi ,

    Is your D365FO system Onprem or, your D365FO cloud-hosted, and do you want to get data into D365FO from the on-premises application?
    However, you are getting 403 Forbidden, which means "The HTTP 403 Forbidden response status code indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it". So I think it may be because firewall rules /network configs or the credentials you are using have restrictions or permission issues.
    try to use fiddler to find out which point you are getting errors, it may help.

    sorry I think there is misinformation

    what i mean is, i want to get data from onpremise application (customer side), we already build custom service at d365 f&o (cloud)

    but onprem application here is on private network configuration that can be trusted if we share D365 f&o url

    i already gave them to registered the d365 URL and RDP address, but not working

    firewall on the onpremise application do you mean ?

    can we registered the https port ? or it should be turn off the firewall?

    I think you can also use BYOD for integration in OnPrem.
