Job Queue Dispatcher: result of FORMAT function with DateTime value returns different time

Good day,
 
We are using Business Central 14 on-prem, and I’ve encountered an unusual issue with the FORMAT function in the Job Queue Dispatcher. The formatted value of a DateTime variable differs by several hours from its original value.
 
Original DateTime value: 4:59 PM
Result value of FORMAT funciton: 10:29 PM
Discrepancy: 5.5 hours
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Could you please advise if I might be overlooking an important parameter in the FORMAT function or any other potential cause for this discrepancy?

    Thank you for checking. Actually in some cases I receive correct values as well. I think this is somehow connected with the Job Queue Task Scheduler.
     
    Do you know by a chance if I can report this issue directly to Microsoft and how to do it?

    Hi, I have run the same, and below is the output. I didn't see any discrepancies in the time.
