EFT not sending emails

Hi, Is anyone having any issue in sending EFT's after the GP year-end upgrade?
We are getting invalid email address error message when we process the EFT's.

    Hello, 
     
    We have some of this noted in our email troubleshooting guide.
     
    We do have this blog specific to what you are running into and all the things to check
     
    Also, if you had MFA on prior to the upgrade, you need to go through these steps after an upgrade.

    Did you figure this out?  We have the same issue and I've been through the suggestions but haven't been able to resolve this.  Thanks.

    Hi Terry,
     
    Thanks for providing the useful links. We cleared the application Id and added it back, still we are getting the 'Invalid email address' error.
    We also verified the emailing report and that is working fine. 
     
    Many clients have reported the same issue. The vendor has reported this error to Microsoft and waiting for their response.
     
    Thanks again and I will let you know if I have any updates.

    Hi, 
    The EFT issue has been resolved.
    We updated the 'Have replies sent to' field in below two locations:
    GP->Tools->Set up->Company->Email Message Set up->Select the Template and Clear the 'Have Replies Sent' to field, and add regular  EFT email address.
    GP->Tools->Set up->Purchasing->Email Settings->Clear the 'Have Replies Sent to' field and add the regular EFT email address.
     
     We had an email address like    /o=xxxxxxx/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=xxxxxx; on the ' Have replies sent to' field. This field has to  completely cleared  out and added the eft email address.
