We have users who have quite long names for their views in order to filter by Company, are there any easy way to make the View Selector wider?

As far as I am aware, you cannot increase the width of the View Selector. Consider decreasing the length of the view names instead.
It's not possible to change the width of the view selector, so you haven't much choice apart from to try and reduce the lengths of the view names
