Hi Experts,
I want to know how to assign or make a role where it will show only on journal for specific user let say in GL module in general journal there is a journal call 123 and it is not showing to 2 users i want to show it to them so i will create a new roles,,privilege or what ?? thanks in advance for your support and valuable suggestions.

To me it sounds as if the standard journal restriction functionality would be sufficient for that.

Hi Shabir,
Ludwig is correct. With the security roles, you only give access to the menu items. With XDS you can restrict data, however on the journals there is already a security to make journals private for user groups or a single user.
