Good morning to all. I have a problem with MR CU16 and I want to share it to see if anyone can help me. I installed the MR 2012 on a Windows server 2012 and a SQL server 2012. I am using GP 2016 updated with the last service pack. When I do the installation of MR everything goes well, the process of the total installation succeeds. When entry to the configuration console to integrate the DataMart does not run the integration. It tells me that: Initial Integration has not started.

    Hello Juan:

    It is not clear from your picture whether you were able to add a company.

    You need to add at a minimum one company for the DataMart integration to initialize.

    I agree with Ven - it looks like you don't have any companies configured.  Go to file/configure to setup the configuration.  Also, make sure GP is flagged to permit MR reporting (Tools/Setup/Company/Company - then Options Button).

    In your description you do not mention whether MR ever worked for you. My guess is this is a first time installation. Both Shawn and Ven are correct so please follow their advice and let us know. Make sure you have sufficient rights to create the data mart.
