Unable to login to Business Central App through phone

Whenever I try to log in to the Business Central app on my phone, I sometimes receive an error, and other times I get stuck in a login loop. My phone is running Android version 12. I’ve already tried clearing the app cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Other users are experiencing the same problem. In some cases, after uninstalling the app, they are unable to find it in the Play Store to reinstall. Please help.

    Hello @CU31070113-1,

    Since clearing cache and reinstalling didn’t help, try using Business Central in your mobile browser (like Chrome) via https://businesscentral.dynamics.com as a workaround. Also, check if your phone and Microsoft Authenticator (if used) are fully updated. If you’re an admin, monitor the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for any ongoing issues or raise a support ticket at Business Central Support.
