Unable to add more than one structure to a ledger at a time

Hi All,

I am getting the following error when I am trying to add more than one structure to a ledger at a time.

"The synchronization is currently processing another account structure or activation. Please wait a few minutes before adding another account structure to the Ledger"

Could anyone help me on this.

Product Version: 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.49)

Platform Update52 (7.0.6441.66)

    Hi Billur Samdancioglu,

    I have checked the batch job, It is allowing me to add another account structure to the ledger only when the batch job execution has been successfully completed.

    Hi Komi Siabi,

    I have waited till the batch job is completed, It is taking around 45min to 1 hour to add one account structure to ledger. As we are having too many legal entities it is taking us lot of time to add one by one.

    Hi ,

    In this case, I would suggest you raise a support ticket. The can restart the batch service for you.
