Create a batch job for proposal payments by due date

Good mornings,

I am trying to configure a batch job proccess by proposal payments. I discover a button who called Payments, but i dont really Know how is the function. Someone Know something about this?

This button just generates a report.

What is it that you want to achieve actually?

Automatically settle specific customer payments or automatically generate payment proposals for specific customers, etc.?

Some additional background information might help.

Thanks for your quickly answer.

I tried to liquidate all bill of Exchange with status send and her due date are expired.

I want to do these proccess automatic and independently how i send these type of bill Exchange.

Do you Know something about?

Does the settlement work through a specific 'settle bill of exchange journal'?

Are you working in this Journal or the standard customer payment journal?

Hi Ludwig,

yes, i work in a settle bill of Exchange journal. But i know that in the future if i want to automate this proccess i need create a software development.

But doesnt exist any proccess in the system to do this standard.

Hi Ignacio Perez,

As far as I am informed the standard functionality can't do that and - as you said - you will need to make a system modification. The only chance that you have to get MS doing this adjustment for you is making a product suggestion on MS connect, which might however take a while until this is implemented in the standard application.
