we have seen where sales line items get auto-fulfilled in GP in error. We’ve never really put our finger on what causes or who does it to be able to prevent it. The orders that it impacts always seems to be very random and across multiple locations. It’s usually around 100 – 200 lines and we just go in and manually unfulfill them. This happened on 8/2 and is impacting over 3000 line items

Is there a way to prevent this option in GP18?
