In the license subscription for F&O on premise (D365 for Operations), the Lifecycle Services and Visual Studio Team Services are already included?In the license subscription for F&O on premise (D365 for Operations), the Lifecycle Services and Visual Studio Team Services are already included?
Is the 4,500 for full user and 190 for Team Member?
Is the BREP also at 17% like business central?
This is not split into D365 Finance and D365 Supply Chain like in SaaS?
