MS dyn 365 2019: We use the iPhone app. We cant call a telefonemuber from account or contact. Nothing happened after click/select a number? What can we do.

I just did a quick test and I could call to the related number on the Account record.
Iphone App version 13.19122.1
Dynamics Version 9.1.0.11437
Client Version 1.3.303-1911.4
Can you please share the Build version of Dynamics and also the version number of the Iphone Application?
