Newly created data entity is not showing in excel add ins

I have created new entity having header and lines data, it is working fine (export/import) but I am unable to do export import using excel add in. When I click on excel add in on top right of form, my entity name is not showing in "OPEN IN EXCEL" and "EXPORT TO EXCEL". I also created document template still it is not showing.

Hi, "When an entity has the same root datasource (table) as a form, it will be added as an option in the Open in Excel section of the Open in Microsoft Office menu. This is referred to as a “generated” option

Is this criteria met?
