Sharepoint document configuration for Case entity in CRM 365

Hi All,

I am trying to configure sharepoint integration in crm 365 onpremise 9.0 UCI. In classic document location in Case entity associate subgrid if am adding text files then am able to see those files in sharepoint & vice-versa.But In UCI on Case entity in one of the tab have added Subgrid with document location & here am not able to see the files which were added from sharepoint site.

But in Classic i am able to see the files vice-versa.

What could be the way to configure for UCI ? Am i missing anything ?

Hello Jharana,

Hope you are well.

Essentially the Sharepoint integration configuration is the same, we don't have any extra step for UCI.

Would say to check on different machines and users and eventually capture Fiddler traces to check the traffic.

Moreover, if the issue persists, raise a support ticket to Microsoft support team.
