Error login Lifecycle Services

Hi,

My client having problem to login the Lifecycle Service, when she click on the "I accept" button at the "Microsoft Online Services Agreement" page, system return the Error code "EntitlementNotFound"

Please advice anything went wrong? Thanks so much.

    Hi Danny,

    Does this customer already have access to Customersource? First you have to be created in Customersource or Partnersource to be able to login on Lifecycle services. The customer can also try the InPrivate browsing mode.

    Hi Andre,

    Yes, they just granted the access to the customer source recently, able to login Customersource (North America)

    Tried the InPrivate browsing mode, now system is telling "The user ID you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your user ID correctly." Is the user id needs to configure differently to access the Lifecycle service?

    Hi Danny,

    Make sure the user is logging in with the same Microsoft account which was used for accepting the customersource information. If you keep having problems, you can better contact support to assist you.
