Good day,
I would ask for help. Our preseals merchants need to see who's calling them. We work with opportunities and on opportunities we have contact with all the necessary information. We need to make a merchant presales phone know the contact if it is already established in CRM on the merchant's opportunity. We have CRM Dynamics 365 online connected to exchange online. Our merchants use the mobile app for Dynamics 365 and Outlook apps. Is there any way to synchronize contacts between phone and CRM via exchange? I am interested in ways how to set it up directly in CRM or Microsoft add-ons, not paid ISV tools.
I will be glad for any advice.

Hello, thank you for your reply. However, the tutorial is built for Outlook 2013 and I have not found equivalent options in Outlook 2016. Is the possibility of synchronizing contacts possible through Outlook 2016?
