Which PA Billing format would come the closest to showing the number of hours, billing rate per hour, extended price and a brief description?

There are a number of additional factors that would come into play as well, such as do you want the information summarized or in detail, does it need to include fee's or not, contract or project level, so I would encourage you to take a look at the following billing invoice documentation, and then try enter some cost transactions and/or fees, then print some and see which one looks the best, and captures exactly what you are looking for:

I will take a look at this. We normally bill blocks of hours so the line should read qty 4 at $175 per hour for extended $700 with a brief description.
I don't think you will get anything similar to that. May be need to modify report a little.
Let me see how close I can get. I need to learn GP PA first.
