Dynamic CRM on-premise performance

Recently, we have been using Dynamic CRM on-premise. However, we are facing a performance issue with CRM. I tested the performance with 50 concurrent users calling API A at the same time. Each API A call involves an average of 20-50 queries to CRM. I noticed that when I run only 1 user to call API A, it takes about 2-5 seconds on average, but when running 50 concurrent users, it takes an average of 100 seconds. I have some concerns and would like your assistance: /Does Dynamic CRM have a limit on the number of queries or requests at the same time? If so, what is the limit?/
