Adding out of office for agents deal with cases

Is it possible to set an out of office for agents that deal with cases?

We would like for agents to be able to set an out of office in Dynamics 365 or outlook and then setup a work flow so when they are away their cases appear in the dashboard. This will allow as to monitor these case whilst they are away, is this possible?
