Content Editor missing on Knowledge Article

We are using Dynamics 365 version 9.0 and I am trying to create my first knowledge article.

The Content is only one single line.

This is not what I see in the tutorials or videos.

But I cannot seem to figure out how to get the Rich Editor.

    Ok this ended up being something so simple, I feel like a idiot.

    in the top left hand corner, select the drop down arrow and select a different type then all is fine.

    It is just the one type it is not available for.

    Unfortunately the description is so long it is cut off so no idea what the description is that is not working.

    I have the same problem, rich text editor is in our sandbox environment but not in production. Been trying to compare settings on the two but they seem identical.
