Dear Friends,

I have enabled "Pay customer account" method on Retail POS. I want to use this for below scenario

Customer arrived at Store-1 and want to buy some item which is not in store. So we will create a customer order and customer can pick that item from Store-2. Here customer will be paying money at Store-2. So how can we create customer order in such scenario?

Hi ,

Did you try pay deposit amount with 100%?

Or pay with customer account in store 2?

No, I did not do Deposit Override. I am just trying Pay customer account.
