I have a Self Service Portal and I have edited the Web - Open Cases view so that it filters out any cases that are raised by a particular Contact (these are cases for our internal use only).
But when using the portal with a custom web role (Customer Administrators) which has permissions to view all Cases for their Account they can see the cases that I don't want them to that even though the Web - Open Cases view does not show them.
My assumption is that the table permissions are taking precedence over the actual filtered view but I am not sure what is the best method to correct.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
