vendor with FCA delivery and 30 days own transport

Hi,

I have a Vendor X that sell me goods in their warehouse in another country and I order a transport to my facility that is usually 30 days.

When I plan the goods should be in my facility (requested receipt date on 31.10.2023) it should somehow suggest me the date 01.10.2023, so I order this items on this date from my Vendor.

Is it any methods to do this? (in sales order for example you have date of shipment and delivery date and you can indicate shipping time to customer, I do not see that in Vendor card).
