I've been having this issue with my analysis views where every so often, I have to go in and manually update them. One minute the related tables are fully populated and the next minute, there is no data in the table at all so I go in to the Administration > Analysis Views and click the update button.
My views are set to Update on Posting but I'm not sure if there is something I'm missing that would get these to automatically update.
Is this normal behavior for Analysis Views? Is there a job schedule that could be built to run this process automatically?
This seems to be happening while I work in the G/L Budget Entries. I'm not sure if I'm taking some action that wipes the table.
Thanks,

Unfortunately, I'm not that skilled with NAV as yet. I did find a job (84, I think) that allows me to update all analysis views in one shot so I've been running it manually.
Thanks. I was able to find and mark the box checked. I was also able to setup a recurring job queue to run every 1/2 hour to update all the analysis views.
From what I'm told, the checkmark is only good for when actuals are booked but not for budgets. I'm not sure if that is a true statement.
Have you done customization or commented the standard code for updating the views when posting the documents.
Go to Analysis View Card and tick on Update on posting field .This will update the analysis view.
