Good morning,
I'm trying to generate an alert when a General journal is posted but only for a specific name of general journlas, but I can't add any advanced filter.
However in microsoft documentation says it should be availabel, does anyone know how to proceed to do it?
I'm using Dynamics365 F&Op

You can select the field posted for a modified alert in the 'Alert me when' section. An advanced query like AX2012 has not been implemented in Dynamics 365. You will receive all posted actions.
As a workaround, you can link the alert to Power Automate with help of Business Events where you can add a decision before sending an alert mail.

It would be nice if the filter is added in some way to the alert so you don't need to write or remeber what you filtered when creating the alert, but at elast it works.
