Can you check the CRM legacy compatibility
navigate to settings --> administration --> system settings --> General tab
at the very bottom there is an option "Use legacy form rendering" change that option and see if it fix your problem (for me this is set as No)

No adblocker installed in my system, and i also tried in different browser but it is not happening, what to do???
do you have any AdBlocker installed in your browser? if so please disable it
or try a different browser/in private session
