    Mohammad,

Do all the Resource and Resource groups within your route have a calendar within enough horizon? Did you fill in both the process quantity and corresponding process time within your route? Do you use a load percentage < 100% within your route?

This requires changing the production status and production control parameters.

Untick the job sheduling and operation scheduling if scheduling is not required while starting a production / batch order.

    1. Check the routing for each operation. Your operation time is exceeding the calendar horizon.

    Mohamad,

I have found that for some reason when the route has capability instead of resource/resource group assigned to the operations, scheduling the production/batch order by operation the error comes up. In the other hand, scheduling it by job it works fine.

Maybe the scheduling logic isn't able to identify resources when capability is assigned. Which makes sense, since operation scheduling can't reach the resource's capability.

    Hello Mohammad,

Please check below things for the issue.

    1) Open calendar and check working time & extend it bit longer.

    2) One temporary solution:-  For the temporary solution we can restrict to system to check resource capacity load. We can untick finite capacity under the resource so that system will not check capacity validation and schedule the planned production order.

Update master planning for the specific item/Whole after performing 2nd step as mentioned above.

    Thanks

    Yash
