I am attempting to share a project with a colleague. I hit the three dots by the project in the list and choose share.
I am typing the name of the colleague in and it seems to find the user. However when I click share nothing happens and clicking the Access tab it says there is an an error.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi. I'm having the same problem. Sharing occasionally works, but even as an Administrator, most of the time, the project fails to be shared.
I'm having the same exact behavior with 3 different accounts on my business workplace. The project is un-sharable. Even pasting the project link on another browser and eligible 365 account, the project is nowhere to be seen, it just opens the regular Customer voice dashboard with the old projects. If I click on access/owners tab, it shows a blue charger plug icon inviting to reload the page due to a problem occured. Reloading the page won't solve the issue.
Has anyone found a solution yet? I've made a huge project that can't be re-done by scratch on another account, is there a way to paste a project in another Customer Voice account?
