periodic journals. Cannot enter name

cannot enter value name when I try to setup periodic journal

    Hi Ruud,

    Can you provide some more details please? Are you trying to create a journal name for the periodic journal or the periodic journal itself? Do you get an error message or is the field not editable? What exact security permissions are granted to your user? Maybe there is some additional information available, like if other users are able to do the same task?

    If I want to fill in the name. I can edit the field but it's giving an error and I also cannot choose a name or anything.

    We can't help you if you don't do your part and don't give us enough information.
    For example, there is no universal solution for all kind of errors, therefore you should tell us what error you got, not just "it's giving an error".

    To be able to assist you, can you provide the reproduction steps (menu navigation + detailed steps) and the exact error message? Without this information, we can't check what exact issue you encounter and what suggestions we can provide to solve it. Please also answer the other questions I asked before. The more information you provide, the better we can imagine your scenario.
