The following are new capabilities now available in Customer Voice:
1) Custom Thank you message: Survey owners can display different thank you messages based on how the survey respondent answers the survey using branching rules. Feature documentation: Add custom post-survey message | Microsoft Docs
2) Alerts: Generate alerts based on specific criteria on the responses that can be assigned, resolved etc. Feature documentation: Work with alerts in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice | Microsoft Docs
Preview Features: The below are not widely available and are in limited preview. Pls send an email to customervoice@microsoft.com with your tenant id to be part of the preview for these two.
1) Follow up management & Customer Insights profile integration: Dynamics 365 Customer Voice will support out-of-the-box integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. For Alerts generated in Customer Voice, business users can view a 360-degree customer profile based on the customer data aggregated in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
2) Pause and resume survey: Survey respondents can fill survey with capability to pause in between, and then resume later to complete it across sessions and devices. This functionality allows respondents to take time and submit response at their own pace.
