I want to create new records on the basis of every day in an entity. Is there anyway to schedule job for creating records?

There is not good solution in CRM that will allow you to schedule job daily. You should consider custom console application that you can schedule in windows Task Scheduler

This is easily done with a variety of Azure app service tools. For example, you can create an Azure Logic App to run on a set schedule with no programming or Azure Functions if you write code. There are some Logic App examples here: http://mscrmrocks.wikispaces.com/Dynamics+CRM+and+Azure+Logic+Apps

of course your console app should do whatever you want with the CRM using CRM SDK.
