Hi, I am a CRM Administrator and my users are asking why a pop up score/rating appears every time they mark an opportunity as won or lost? It does not happen for me as system admin. Any suggestions?

Hey - that sounds strange if it doesn't happen as system admin... first thing that comes to mind is: are you using the same browser, or do you have any local settings that prevent pop-ups on your screen?

My other question - does it happen for all opportunities or just certain ones? If the latter, then there may be custom code / validation rules, or workflows triggering the pop-up? Easy to check in Power Automate... but particularly, if you are using custom code I there may be JavaScript buttons, or visualforce pages, it's worth checking if these are behaving differently for different profiles. Sometimes, custom code might be targeting a specific profile or user type, causing the pop-up.
