
We have a few spare / unused Team member and Sales Professional licenses in our Office 365 Organisation instance. Do we get charged for them should I be removing these unused licenses to save licensing costs or can I keep it and not get charged for the unused ones?

This will depend on how you get the licenses (Action Pack, Volume licensing, etc) and the frequence of billing. But must likely, YES. Once the licenses reflect as available on your O365 Portal, you're being billed for it. If it's a monthly period, you'll see the monthly bill for it. If you have an anual period, then the licenses were purchased (and paid) for one year.
