As default, Dynamics uses HTML, as file format when you send Email as Attachment. There is any easy way to change it to PDF? Thanks!

You can refer the below on how to send documents as Email in NAV 2015

This is standard action of application.
If you want to send the PDF attachment then you need to write a program to save the report output in PDF format and send by email.
Another option you can export the report to PDF and then attach manually to email and send to concern users.

you can use standard functionality, in NAV 2015/2016.

It's a amazing functionality, no need to write a single line code.
Is there any way I can use this in nav 2009? When I click Print then preview>>>file>>>send >>>Report by Email I see the quote in the email attachment(html) but I want to the quote in the email body.
