Hi there, I am going to add a field to a case that is an option set. There are many options to choose from and they can be grouped together in broader categories. It will look something like this:
Group 1
Subgroup 1
Subgroup 2
Subgroup 3
Group 2
Subgroup 4
Subgroup 5
Group 3
Subgroup 6
Subgroup 7
Is there a way to configure the options to look similar to this in the UI? Or would it be better to have a list of GROUPS and then based on the group selected, another field would populate with dynamic SUBGROUP options?
