Best Practices for Select

Hi there, I am going to add a field to a case that is an option set. There are many options to choose from and they can be grouped together in broader categories. It will look something like this:

Group 1

Subgroup 1

Subgroup 2

Subgroup 3

Group 2

Subgroup 4

Subgroup 5

Group 3

Subgroup 6

Subgroup 7

Is there a way to configure the options to look similar to this in the UI? Or would it be better to have a list of GROUPS and then based on the group selected, another field would populate with dynamic SUBGROUP options?

Any advice is helpful, thank you very much for your expertise!

Yes, it is Possible in Dynamics 365 Child/Dependent OptionSet.
