Error : " if the items are to be registered directly on a location, it must be in a quarantine warehouse

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to change the location different from PO line during item registration. As the product is quarantine enabled, D365 does not allow to change the location throwing out an error saying " if the items are to be registered directly on a location, it must be in a quarantine warehouse.

I aware that unless the Quarantine order is ended, the location can't be changed. Please let me know if there is any workaround to this

    This problem occurs if you enable the Quarantine management setting.

    This article and hot fix is for Ax2009 sp1.  I am have the OP's issue is in D365, I am also getting the same error in D365.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  I have a default receiving location setup on my quarantine warehouse.  I can only complete the registration if I select a quarantine WHS, switch is not designed behavior.  Config or bug?
