Cannot Re-Enable Email Engagement

I posted this in Customer Insights, but now see this forum for Sales Insights would be better.

We had Sales Insights working in preview mode prior to 2019 Release Wave 2, and all three of the following were working:

  • Relationship Assistant
  • Auto-Capture
  • Email Engagement

Since 2019 Release Wave 2, Relationship Assistant and Auto-Capture is still working fine, but Email Engagement is not available.

When we go to the Sales Insights settings area, we see that we need to agree to the terms of service. Clicking on the blue "I agree" button does nothing. I opened a ticket about this and was told that clicking on the button in our environment results in a 404 error.

The case has been with the Sales Insights team for a few days with no indication as to when it will be fixed.

Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any suggestions for a work-around?

Thanks,

    Answering my own question, here...

The Microsoft Support team came back on this issue, and advised that I activate (re-activate?) several "draft" processes. There were about 17 draft processes (mostly "Action" category type), SYSTEM-owned, processes that needed to be re-enabled. I don't know how these got deactivated, maybe 2019 Release Wave 2?

But after re-activating these processes, we were able to get the Email Engagement "I agree" to terms of service button in the Sales Insights settings area to work again, which allowed us to re-enable Email Engagement.

May I know which processes are needed to reactive? Thanks
